We’re canceling all of our camper sessions for Summer 2020 – our year round staff, seasonal directors, counselors, lifeguards… Everyone is saddened by this reality for the months ahead. For the past few months we’ve worked with state and local authorities and organizations to find a way to run camp, and it has become clear that this is the wisest way to continue the mission of Rockmont through the Summer. You can find all of the details on refunds, and answers to many questions you might have below.
We’re exploring ways to get you to Rockmont and involved with camp right here. As conditions allow, we’ll be opening cabins for families to rent, and open a selection of skills, and the waterfront. Stay tuned for more information in the coming days and weeks.
As always, the energy, fun, and spirit of Rockmont doesn’t begin or end at the front gate – it’s always been our campers, staff, and families that turn this land into a life-giving community. That hasn’t gone away. We encourage you to spend time each day in gratitude, expecting new and exciting things to unfold. And, when you find something good, give it away. We’re with you in this, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
