Below you’ll see the process of getting hired to join the summer team at Rockmont

Applicants can be returning staff members, new staff members, and may begin the conversation by scheduling a 15-minute introduction conversation with Andrew, our staffing director, or communicating with Andrew over email!

1 • Online Application

The staff application is your first official step towards being a member of the summer team at Rockmont.

2 • Application Review & Schedule Interview

• We will review your application and reach out to you to schedule an interview with our hiring team.

3 • First Interview

• Our interviews are aimed at telling you more about the Rockmont mission, the staff experience, and learning about you!

• During this part of the process, we will also be checking references you’ve submitted and running a standard background check.

4 • Final Conversation with Camp Director

• Next, you’ll hear from Mike, our camp director, for a scheduled follow-up conversation!

5 • Offer!

• And the time has come to receive your contract! We’re excited to welcome you on the Rockmont summer staff team!
