We are proud to present the Odyssey Program, a transformative experience designed exclusively for rising seniors who have completed a year as a CIT (Counselor in Training) at Rockmont. This eye-opening expedition will take you on your own Odyssey, an unparalleled epic of exploration and personal development that stretches beyond Camp Rockmont. This year, our destination is Switzerland!

Led by experienced directors, we will take in Switzerland’s picturesque landscapes and bring mission work, adventure, and leadership together in an unforgettable blend.

This program offers the opportunity to invest deeply in our oldest campers and provides a transformative experience as they transition into adulthood. Applicants for this program will go through an interview process and be selected based on their maturity and leadership abilities from their previous years at Rockmont.

These young men will return from their Odyssey adventure with a renewed sense of confidence and empowerment, ready to take on the next stage of life.

Adventure in the Alps: Take in breathtaking views as you hike to the heart of the Swiss Alps. Foster an appreciation for Swiss mountaineering culture as you experience the charm of staying in high-alpine mountain huts. Step confidently beyond your comfort zone through canyoneering in Switzerland’s renowned gorges, and braving the heights of a guided Via Ferrata (guided rope course).

Leadership Opportunities: Be empowered to take charge of your personal journey. Through group discussions and reflections, explore various leadership styles and how they apply to everyday life. Develop authentic and adaptable leadership skills by making logistical decisions and collaborating with fellow participants.
