Cherishing Moments and Capturing Memories

“And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don’t believe in magic will never find it.” -Roald Dahl

In the midst of a world that is constantly buzzing, obsessed with immediate satisfaction through technology, Camp offers a rare escape. It’s a place where communication flourishes, friendships bloom, and time seems to slow down just a little. Maybe it’s a valuable lesson to embrace the distinctive moments life presents before instinctively reaching for a camera in our pocket

It’s a place where communication flourishes, friendships bloom, and time seems to slow down just a little.

How often do we manufacture moments? How honestly do the photos that we typically take reflect our lives? Funnily enough, it’s when that pressure is lifted that authenticity can be truly captured.

There is a humble kindness we share with one another when we believe no one is watching.

As a photographer, I have the unique gift of capturing these moments, so the campers can remain fully present among their peers.I possess an incredibly fortunate opportunity to observe. …to see a young man be impacted simply by an attentive Mountain Music instructor.I become immersed in the sight of campers singing and dancing together, supporting each other when they stumble, sharing laughter, and embracing the freedom of living without concern for how it may appear on an Instagram feed.

And beyond this – we have the joy of sharing these adventures with the people who love our campers the most. Photographs encapsulate these irreplaceable moments in time.

They serve as vessels of precious memories that will forever be etched in the hearts of these campers, cherished and treasured for a lifetime.
