There is a $600 fee for any combining of sessions to cover staffing, programming, food, & lodging.

Pay in Full to receive $300 off your son’s session. (This discount is applied manually by our enrollment team as we process your son’s application)

Pay $1000 Deposit to receive $100 Credit to the Camp Store for use during your son’s 2027 Session.

Financial Policy

An $1000 deposit is required to reserve a spot for your son. This deposit and any tuition paid is refundable, less a $250 processing fee, up until February 1. As all sessions are in high demand, we cannot hold a place for your son until the deposit has been paid in full. The entire deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable after February 1. Any remaining tuition balance must be paid in full by March 15 in order to maintain your son’s spot. No refunds or transfers will be given for any reason for cancellations after March 15, and there are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or for campers who are dismissed from camp. Accordingly, we highly recommend you consider a tuition insurance policy from a third party to protect the investment in your son’s camp tuition. Here are two options:
