For this year’s Father/Son weekend we will be asking each family to take a rapid Covid test ahead of arrival. Please contact our team if you test positive or are experiencing symptoms. We will not be collecting test results, and will not be requiring masking indoors for the weekend.
Arrival Details
Thursday Participants for Friday trips arrival is from 5pm – 7pm Thursday Evening.
Participants arrive Friday Afternoon
Please arrive between 3pm-6pm.
We will have dinner at 6pm and then begin evening activities.
Will you be flying to Father/Son Weekend?
Please send your flight information to info@rockmont.com if you are flying to Father/Son Weekend and only if you need us to pick you up or return you to the airport. There is no extra charge for shuttle service to and from Asheville (AVL).
Do you have dietary needs?
Please with email info@rockmont.com with details of your dietary needs so we can pass this off to our Director of Guest Services!
Departure Details
Sunday
Father/Son Weekend programming officially ends at 12pm noon on Sunday. We have Skills and Activities running until that time. If you need to leave earlier on Sunday, our closing session ends at 10am. Please notify us if you will be leaving prior to 10am on Sunday.
